From glitzy nightclub shows and prestigious music festivals to weddings, company functions, cocktail parties, high school reunions, and bachelorette parties, the Dudley Manlove Quartet makes every event swing!

So how can you book DMQ for your next shindig? Simply follow the steps below and a DMQ representative will contact you faster than you can say “Clambake!”

Once arrangements are finalized, you can sit back and watch your popularity skyrocket as DMQ sends your guests into lounge heaven.

Because DMQ’s services are in high demand, you’re advised to contact us at least 3 to 4 months before your event. And don’t worry if your event is outside the greater Seattle area — DMQ loves to travel!


How To Book DMQ

  1. If you decide you would like to book the Dudley Manlove Quartet, e-mail us as soon as possible at booking@dudleymanlove.com.  We will reply promptly to let you know whether or not the date is available. If it is, then your date will then go on HOLD. You must respond to our email in order to hold the date.
  2. Once your hold is in place, you will receive a series of questions necessary for the contract.  You have 14 days to respond.  The questions are easy:  date, time, location of event, etc.  During this 2-week period, DMQ will not book another show on your date.  Please be ready to reply promptly to these questions. If you do NOT respond within 14 days, your date will go off hold and will be put back into the general pool.
  3. Once we receive your answers, we will produce the contract.  You will receive the contract via e-mail unless otherwise specified.  Please print and sign the contract, and return it promptly to the address on the contract with a $1,000.00 deposit.  The deposit is applicable to the balance of the performance fee.  You have 7 days to sign and return the contract and deposit.  If you are unable to do so, it is your responsibility to contact us and make other arrangements.  Failure to do so may result in the loss of your date.

Once we receive the signed contract and deposit, your date is LOCKED.  This means that we will take no other inquiries into the date.  From there, we can talk about the fun stuff: The musical entertainment for your event!

One month prior to your event, we will need to receive your song list recommendations and any information about special song(s) you might want the band to learn.  Upon request, we can provide a suggested song list for your event. Two weeks before your event, we will contact you again to review final details and make sure nothing has changed (e.g. set times, location, etc).
